Logan Ledger kicked off 2020 with a bang, releasing his self-titled debut record of country tunes with the assistance of legendary producer T Bone Burnett, as well as a backing band of musicians who’ve worked with the likes of Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Tom Waits, Kacey Musgraves, and Elvis Costello.
With his summer tour currently dependent on forces far outside his control, Ledger is continuing the promo for Logan Ledger today with a brand new video for the rambling single “(I’m Gonna Get Over This) Some Day,” which features the songwriter psychedelically distorted, quartered, reflected, and infused with mandalas. “I was very fortunate to work with my friend Bella Mazzola on this video,” Ledger enthuses. “She got far out with the concept and the visuals which, of course, I was pretty stoked about.”
About the track, which was written by Burnett, who played it for Ledger the day after they met, he shares, “Singing this song feels easy. It feels like something that’s always been there.” Watch the video below.
