It’s been nearly three years since electronic-funk duo Josh Lloyd and Tom McFarland, a.k.a. Jungle, released their last album For Ever. Now, we have word of their next full-length, which is titled Loving in Stereo and will be out August 13. “With this record we’ve learned to trust our instincts and go with our gut,” McFarland shared in a press statement. Lloyd added, “We want it to be more raw, open, fun, enjoyable and entertaining, because that’s what music is.”

“Keep Moving” is the album’s first single and it’s a groovy, disco-influenced remedy for gloomy days. “If I can’t understand it / I’ll find another way,” goes one of the many encouraging lines. The track’s music video—directed by J Lloyd & Charlie Di Placido—similarly promotes getting on your feet with electrifying choreography from Nathaniel Williams and Cece Nama, performed by a stylish cast enjoying their time in a mostly empty building complex.

Continuing the run of exciting news, Jungle also announced their first show of 2021, which will be at The Greek. The show is scheduled for October 29 and tickets go on sale to the public Thursday April 1 at 10:00 a.m. PST. Pre-sale starts March 30 at 11:00 a.m. Save the tab here.
